This challenge is designed to push us to our physical and mental limits. Over five months, I'll be in training to prepare for a 30-hour intense physical and psychological challenge designed to take me to my breaking point.

Why?

Because more children and adults die of brain cancer than any other disease in Australia and these statistics are unacceptable: The Cure Starts Now Australia which was founded right here in Townsville, funds vital research, and clinical trials for children's brain cancer in Australia.

The CURE research projects and trials are peer reviewed and approved by a Medical Advisory Committee made up of some of the most esteemed medical minds who ensure the research we are funding is the best on the table.

So I am standing up and taking on this challenge and I'm asking you to stand with me because The Cure Starts Now Australia works towards a better future for our children diagnosed with brain cancer.

The Cure starts Now Australia have collaborated with the Terry Campese Foundation which helps at risk youths and Fuel for Schools who provide a breakfast program for kids at schools along with school supplies. It is a privilege to be able to donate a percentage of the funds raised to two other worthy Foundations who support the health and wellbeing of children.
